David Bailey
Managing Partner
David Bailey is the founding member of Tidewater Remodeling Network, LLC; his 20 years of construction experience makes the clock tick at TRN. David has skills in all facets of construction. A Virginia Beach Native and a 1988 Graduate of First Colonial, David attended Tidewater Community College before his love for being in the field took over. David spends his free time surfing, fishing, and entertaining his young son Dylan with his wife of 10 years Erica. Erica is his partner at home and at TRN. David’s love of Latin Countries has allowed him to delve into the Spanish Language, a great skill to possess. The growth of Tidewater Remodeling Network, LLC allows David to now work one on one with clients in the Tidewater ICF Division. That division of TRN specializes in Green Homes that are Insulated Concrete Formations. David wants every client to know you can always reach him or his staff during or after a project.

Erica Linzy-Bailey
Managing Partner
Erica was born in Queens, New York and raised in Virginia Beach, VA by her parents, a retired NYC Fire department member and Registered Nurse. While following in her parent footsteps would have been admirable, from a young age she was a born sales person, starting with lemonade stands to her first job scooping ice cream at Highs Ice Cream. Spending years selling for others and assisting her mechanically-minded husband communicate with reps and clients, Erica became the brain child of merging her home improvement company, SheSaid Construction with her husband’s company TRN, making it a family run operation. In her spare time, Erica enjoys gardening, reading, cooking and spending time with her son Dylan. Family motivates Erica to succeed in business, but she is also motivated by the gratification she gets in seeing a project for a client being completed like no other company can! The appreciation of a satisfied customer makes for a happy day in her book. Erica is involved in every phase of TRN functions and customer satisfaction is her goal!

Roseann Jackson
Administrative & Marketing Manager
Roseann Jackson was born and raised in New Jersey. In 2004 leaving her close knit Italian American Family was difficult but to further her education and to broaden job opportunities she now makes Virginia Beach her home. When not working at Tidewater Remodeling in Management, she enjoys the oceanfront and walking her Yorkshire Terrier Cupcake on the beach. A culinary connoisseur of European Cuisine, she always up for a visit to new restaurant. Roseann is gifted in makeup artistry as well; there is always a line of girlfriends waiting to have their face done for a charity event they may be attending, probably an event where Roseann will be volunteering. She is also a party planner at heart; for “the love of the finished product” you can expect it to be top-notch event if Roseann planned it! Although she is the master of the spreadsheet, she has a creative and artistic side as well, a hard combination to find in one person! Roseann is a leader in the daily functions that help make TRN a growing success. She looks forward to assisting representatives and customers alike as the company grows with you as a part of it!

Savannah Dimmock
Administrative Assistant
Savannah Dimmock was born and raised in the Tidewater area, living the majority of her life in Pungo, “the pearl” of Virginia Beach’s’ country living. Known as “Savvy” to those that are close to her, Savannah graduated Kellam High school in 2007 and is currently a full time student at Tidewater Community College. She has entrepreneurial mind always thinking of inventive ways to be a success! Savannah works as an administrative assistant and a customer service representative at the Head Quarters of Tidewater Remodeling Network. When you call or visit TRN, you can look forward to Savannah’s cheery personality to greet you. When Savannah is not working at TRN or at school, she works part time at Seacrest Restaurant, in the heart of Downtown Pungo where she has been a valuable team member for four years! A lover of the beach and Couture, Savannah is a key to the success of operations at Tidewater Remodeling Network.
